We want the truth

Vermont Senator Patrick Leahy is calling for a truth and reconciliation commission to investigate the Bush-Cheney administration's abuses of power. Although President Obama has said he prefers to "look forward," I believe we need to take a hard look back at what the previous administration has done to understand how and why it happened, and to ensure that it never happens again.
